Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DailyDial at dailydial.co.uk, operated by Stuart Stafford, trading as DailyDial ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

DailyDial is a web-based sales cadence management tool that generates daily prioritised call lists to help small business owners manage sales follow-up. The service is available on a subscription basis following a free trial period.

2. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the service. No credit card is required to start your trial. At the end of the trial period, you may choose a paid plan to continue using the service. If you do not subscribe, your account will be restricted.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

We offer the following monthly subscription plans:

Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Changes to pricing

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change by email. Your continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details or allow others to access your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@dailydial.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Accounts must be registered by a person aged 18 or over.

You agree not to use DailyDial to:

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the service — including any contact data you store — complies with UK GDPR, TPS/CTPS rules, and all other applicable laws.

6. Your Data

The contact and account data you enter into DailyDial belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details. You can export your data at any time from your account settings.

7. Intellectual Property

The DailyDial service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Stuart Stafford and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own business purposes.

The Sales Playbook content on this site is provided for informational purposes and is the intellectual property of DailyDial. You may not reproduce or republish it without permission.

8. Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service with reasonable notice. We will always endeavour to give you advance notice of significant changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DailyDial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us during that period.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.

On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
