When you use DailyDial, you enter details about your sales contacts and accounts — such as names, phone numbers, company names, notes, and follow-up dates. This data belongs to you and is used solely to provide the service.

Usage data

We collect information about how you use the service — such as pages visited, features used, and the date and time of activity. This helps us improve the product.

Payment data

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe may collect and store payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy.

Communication data

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we retain that correspondence to respond to your enquiry.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in, and Google Analytics cookies to understand site traffic. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
